Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number; we send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs including preparation and packaging costs as well as postage are free. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Returns:
The Customer who so wishes must return the Product(s) concerned, at his/her own expense, in its (their) original packaging (which may have been opened) and in new condition, to the address of ARTS ET SOIES EN FRANCE 47 Grande Rue - 42470 FOURNEAUX - FRANCE, at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the Customer informed us of his/her decision to return the items.
